What is the difference between a fully automatic case erector and a standard (semi-automatic) model?
SPEEDPACK's Servo Fully Automatic Case Erector requires only 1 minute for changeover and setup. Simply input the length, width, and height parameters of the box beforehand, and the machine will automatically adjust to the correct position.
The servo fully automatic case erector achieves high precision through parameter adjustment. Case erectors only need to be calibrated once; they can store multiple case dimensions, allowing for one-touch recall. No further adjustment is required afterward, and even general laborers can operate the machine.

Conventional case erectors take much longer to change sizes and require manual adjustment. Changing sizes on a conventional case erector requires various tools for debugging. Each changeover must be performed by a skilled technician, and the precision of the adjustment is inferior to that of a servo fully automatic case erector. Since there is no storage function for settings, the machine must be debugged every time.
