Powered pre-stretch film carriage delivers up to 300% film pre-stretch, reducing stretch film consumption by over 45%. Dual-chain lifting mechanism with variable-frequency speed control ensures smooth and stable vertical movement. Fully automatic operation: The machine runs pre-programmed wrapping cycles without manual intervention. Auto-senses load height and automatically returns the turntable to home position after completion. Manual mode available for flexible operation when needed. One-touch start: Easily set parameters including wrap layers, top/bottom wrap cycles, over-height dwell time, and film tension. Dual upper/lower limit switches provide enhanced safety protection during operation.
