Speedpack H-Style Sealing + Strapping Video: This integrated solution combines a flap-folding case sealer, an automatic strapper, and a corner-and-edge case sealer to achieve a reinforced “H-style”sealing and strapping process. The flap-folding sealer automatically closes the top flaps, while dual-side motorized belts align and convey cartons smoothly. During sealing, it applies precise “I-style” tape on both the top and bottom seams—aided by auxiliary guide wheels that keep the center seam tightly closed without splitting. The carton then moves to the automatic strapper, which applies two horizontal straps for added stability. Finally, via an L-shaped transfer section, the box enters the corner-and-edge sealing station, where all four vertical edges are taped to complete the full H-pattern closure—ideal for robust, secure packaging in demanding logistics environments.
